Sparklike Laser Integrated™ is an automated, and non-destructive insulating glass quality control system seamlessly integrated into your IG production line. Beyond measuring the gas concentration of IGUs, it can be used to monitor potential overfilling, optimize the use of butyl, and allow in-depth inspection of the insulating glass unit’s structure. This integration offers comprehensive quality control, helping to optimize your production process, reduce unnecessary costs, and enhance overall efficiency.
Digitalize and Optimize Your IG-Line
This system enhances production efficiency by digitalizing gas measurement in both triple and double glazed units, even through most coatings and laminated glass. It also optimizes the gas press for better filling across various IGU sizes, reducing labor costs, sample units, and callback risks.
The integration can be implemented on any insulating glass assembly line, requiring only a flat floor and 700 mm of free space within the IG-line. For added convenience, a complete turnkey installation is available. With Sparklike Laser Integrated™, no additional insulating gas quality control is needed, ensuring streamlined operations and maintaining the highest standards in IGU production.
Sharing the measuring technology of the Sparklike Laser Portable™ devices, Sparklike Laser Integrated™ enhances the quality control to the new level. Sparklike Laser Integrated™ is based on laser technology (TDLAS). The device measures oxygen, and the results are converted to concentration of argon, krypton, and other insulating gases. Insulating glass units are measured automatically after the gas press, and all the results are recorded to its memory and are possible to be sent back to the IG-line or its ERP-system.
