FAQ

What happens in Sparklike calibration?

During Sparklike calibration, our engineers ensure your device maintains its accuracy and reliability by performing a comprehensive set of checks and updates. Here is a list about what happens in Sparklike calibration:

  1. Operational Testing – We begin by verifying that all electronics, optics, and mechanical components function correctly. Any wear and tear are assessed, and if repairs are necessary, we provide a quote before proceeding (unless covered under the Sparklike CARE service agreement).
  2. Software Updates – Your device receives the latest software updates to enhance usability and improve measurement accuracy.
  3. Reference Measurements & Fine-Tuning – We conduct extensive reference measurements across different gas concentrations. If any discrepancies are detected, we fine-tune the device to ensure precise readings.
  4. Final Calibration & Documentation – After adjustments, the device undergoes hundreds of validation tests. Once confirmed accurate, it is returned with official calibration documentation.

Sparklike keeps a record of all calibrations, ensuring your device remains compliant and ready for another year of reliable performance.
