How long I have to be without a Sparklike measuring device when sending it to service?

When sending your Sparklike measuring device to service, you may be without it for approximately 2–3 weeks if scheduled under Sparklike CARE™, excluding shipping times. For on-demand service, lead times are up to 5 weeks for Handheld and up to 6 weeks for Laser, with possible extensions if repairs are needed. Rental devices are available during this period.
