How to Fix Internal Oxygen Concentration Issues

If you receive a warning about internal oxygen concentration being above 0.1%, the device needs to be flushed. This ensures accurate gas measurements by removing residual oxygen from the measuring head.

To resolve this:

  1. Flush the device using pure argon or nitrogen (min. 99.99%) at 1–3 l/min, max. 3 l/min and 1 bar.
  2. Use the “Flushing” function in the software (on the Settings Page) to open internal valves.
  3. During flushing, repeatedly press “Self Check” until the oxygen concentration drops below 0.1%.
  4. Once the oxygen level is low enough, press “Flushing” again to close the valves and disconnect the gas flow.
